Besides Grenade being arrested at Fik Fameica’s show last weekend, there was something interesting that happened that most people did not get to know. Some artistes were denied entry at the show, which was not surprising because of the person in charge of the show.
According to sources KT promotions, which was in charge of the show stood at the VIP entrance to vet every artiste. Those who did not have the patience left and among these was Eddy Kenzo, Ugaboys and Mudra. Ugaboyz, whose Salary song was one of the biggest last year, were seen cursing after KT chased them away.
“Let us go. We have things to do,” one was heard telling the other who was trying to plead with the promoter. During Winnie Nwagi’s show at the same venue, KT was heard telling the bouncers that they should not let in any artiste who had not paid.
