There have been rumours that TV presenter Douglas Lwanga is on the verge of throwing in the towel at NBS TV over friction between him and the TV management who apparently have reservations about his purple party franchise.
However, when we contacted him, the former The Beat presenter just laughed it off.
“My journey has not yet come to an end. People are just making up stories. There is no disagreement between the TV management and I. In fact they have been very supportive of my purple party initiative,” Lwanga stated.
He also added that TV has allowed him multi-task and everything that he is involved in right now needs him to still be in the media. Okay. Let us wait and see, only time will tell.
