As the Uganda Pageant Girls prepares a beauty and brains contest to light up the weekend at the Lugogo MTN Arena, there will be a special guest in town.
The Queen of Zulu Thandi Zulu, who also happens to be the patron of the event will be the guest of honor as 16 beautiful contestants vie for three crowns namely Miss International, Miss Earth and Miss Planet Uganda on the same stage.
The event’s biggest objective is to celebrate the sustainable development goals set by the United Nations targeted for 2030. Away from the queen, a number of guests including Miss World CEO, Miss Universe CEO and Miss International CEO are expected to grace the occasion.
The queen is said to have taken taken time to engage in activities with the contestants prior to tomorrow’s event to promote tourism, cultural exchange and address climate changes.
