8. If it’s raining milk, eshabwe and ghee, don’t ask, that’s Mbarara.
9. If it’s raining lakes and rivers, it is obvious, you are in Bwaise.
10. If it’s raining witchcraft and iron bars … that’s Mukono.
11. If it’s raining dust and backwardness, that’s Banda.
