Junior artiste Hassan Mugabe commonly known as Top Shutter has defied odds and scored four aggregates in the just released Primary Leaving Examinations.

“I feel very happy and excited, first of all I want to thank the almighty who guided me and the teachers who guided, counselled me and showed me the right way. I first took a break away from music to concentrate on books because I wanted to get good marks and thank God I have gotten them now, I am really grateful for my marks, I am damn so happy for myself, my family and my school,” he said.

Top Shutter says he will put a lot of concentration on sciences because wants to be a doctor after studies.

He is known for songs like ‘Yenze’, ‘Abc’, ‘Smile’, ‘Guno’, ‘Nkulaga Dance’ and ‘Tetema’.
