In an exclusive interview with sQoop a few weeks ago, Baby Gloria revealed that she would prematurely leave the Kampala Crème reality TV show before the end of the first season because of “personal reasons”.

However in a dramatic turn of events, Baby Gloria, has announced her departure after just three episodes noting that the show scripted and artificial in nature.

Despite the show’s popularity, Baby Gloria expressed dissatisfaction with what she perceives as fabricated scenarios and scripted dialogues. Gloria stated, “The show is fake. Period. And most of the things are scripted.”

In a candid revelation on Snapchat, Baby Gloria disclosed that she was instructed to fake emotions. These included crying, to fit the narrative of the show. She adamantly declared, “I could fake tears but I couldn’t fake my story.”

Her decision to leave the show stemmed from her refusal to partake in what she deemed dishonest portrayals of her life. She emphasized that she couldn’t participate in a show where she was compelled to lie about her experiences.

Responding to Baby Gloria’s claims, actress Etania voiced her disapproval. Etania labeled Gloria’s behavior as deceitful and detrimental to the perception of Christians. She remarked, “Going on social media platforms and lying through your teeth is some nasty work.”

She emphasised, “This is the reason why people don’t like Christians kuba mulokole ki alimbamu maso gakatonda.”

She further added, “NO ONE TOLD ANYONE TO CRY PLEASE LET’S NOT LIE.” We are yet to find out whether this is legit beef or just a PR stunt.

Kampala Creme hasn’t come out to address this yet.
