Agnes Akite
As most people were enjoying themselves in Jinja last weekend, stand-up comedian Agnes Akite was in the hospital nursing wounds after she was attacked by unknown people near her home.
The comedian was returning from a Quiz Night session at the Logg In hangout in Najjera when the incident befell her.
Fortunately, she survived with a wound on the head, bruised eye and nothing more while the thugs took off with her phone and bag. The comedienne was hospitalised briefly before being discharged to continue medication from home. We wish her a quick recovery.
