My connection with Fun Factory goes much deeper – Kudzu

Isaac Kudzu is a man of many trades but he is mostly known as part of Fun Factory, a comedy group he joined so many years ago during his quest to do something fulfilling. “I was looking for something unique, something authentic, something fresh.

And that is how I got into Fun Factory.” And his biggest highlight with the group is the gelling. “As human beings, there are connections that we make, connections that are very artificial but once in a lifetime, you find a connection that goes much deeper through the surface and grounds you. That is the cut for me, and that is the highlight with Fun Factory.

We are 16 or so and each one of them is immensely and uniquely talented. But at the end of the day, they are still people. They are the brothers and sisters who did not come from my mother’s womb,” he explains.

Kuddzu will be part of the group’s 20-year comedy celebrations dubbed ‘The Big Sunday’ happening at Kampala Serena Hotel this Sunday.
