Local music promoters, Abby Musinguzi alias Abtex and Andrew Mukasa aka Bajjo have vowed to sit down and help Ugandans suffering in Luzira prisons where they are allegedly arrested without any offence.

The two promoters who had gone to Katwe police division said that after their concerts were stopped by police, they have now resorted to organizing marathons where VIPs will pay Shs20,000 and Shs10,000 respectively to buy T-shirts .

They all noted that among those to take part in the marathon include; Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine, Former FDC presidential candidate Col Dr Kizza Besigye and all those Ugandans who are in need of change.

Mr Musinguzi said that the marathon will be held in different parts of the country with each person doing it at a venue convenient to him/her adding that it will be a way of people exercising their bodies with something that was endorsed by President Museveni.

The money generated from the T-shirts sale is going to help those arrested unfairly to get back their rights.
