Cindy Sanyu a mother of two could not believe her eyes after being escorted to a room full of fellow artists, workmates, journalists, and other well-wishers who had come to wish her a safe delivery in a baby shower.
Many fans and followers of singer Cindy were left surprised and wondering why she was quick to have another child with her husband Joel Okuyo after welcoming their first child together in January 2022.
After she decided to reveal her baby bump to the public a few months ago, as expected some people judged her while others compared her to Barbados Ambassador Rihanna who is also currently pregnant a few months after putting to bed, saying they are trying to beat age.
While addressing the media at her baby shower, Cindy explained that she decided to give birth immediately after her recent child because wants to focus on her career, “I want to concentrate on my career and give it time,” she said.
She also explained why it took her so long to get pregnant with her second child.
“I didn’t want to give birth in the beginning but it wasn’t about babies. Every woman wants a child, the problem is finding the right man to fit the father title because many single mothers are struggling,” she revealed.
She was grateful to the UMA executives for the surprise baby shower.
