Miss Curvy Africa grand finale which was to happen today at Imperial Royale hotel has been cancelled.
Through a note shared on the beauty pageant’s social media, the event has been put on hold due to unforeseen circumstances
“We regret to inform you that the Miss curvy Africa grand finale at Imperial Royale on 25th November 2022 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our contestants, sponsors, and all well-wishers. We shall be informing you of our next steps in due course,” reads the statement.
The event was to see the crowning of the fairest curvaceous beauty among the contestants representing different countries like Nigeria, South Africa, Botswana, DRC, Tanzania, Burundi, Namibia, Malawi, and Uganda among others.
The news has left contestants confused and disappointed but calmly waiting for more communication.
