Lit Music will scout and develop new artists, manage their brands and trademarks
Nation media Group has launched a new music record label, ‘Lit Music’.
The record label will scout and develop new artists, manage their brands and trademarks. It will also coordinate their production, manufacture, distribution and marketing of Kenyan music.

“We believe that through the new record label we will bring something new and fresh for the local artists and make it easier for them to localize their local talent,” The Nation Media Group Ag General CEO Stephen Gitagama said, adding that a number of artists have already signed with Lit Music.
Lit Music will promote Kenyan music talent across all the Nation Media platforms, in broadcast, print and digital. According to a press release, listeners will access music through the Lit Music Website, YouTube and other platforms.
