Gravity attacks Navio, Babaluku, GNL and Rocky Giant in one track

Hip Hop in Uganda is becoming more interesting. Besides the young guns, the old generation have also come out with their versions of ‘Who is who’. Rocky Giant came out with his in which, like others he was praising himself and GNL’s version covered his in less than two minutes.

As we were there still contemplating on who will be next, Gravity Omutujju released his song titled “Black Panther’ in which he’s attacking not one or two but four people that are responsible for elevating the Hip Hop genre in Uganda.

Despite the fact that he belongs to the new generation of hip hop artists, the ‘Bijanjalo’ musician switched his guns to Navio, Babaluku, Rocky Giant and GNL Zamba. He not only dissed but disrespected them as well, giving each and every one a line of their own.

Gravity started with Navio saying he has not done anything for himself despite the fact that he’s a grown man who gets everything from his mother.

He goes ahead and says that after exposing her so much, Maggie Kigozi, his mother decided to pay for the wife who married him, also advising the ‘Njogereza’ musician to produce children as the mother builds for them arcades where they will be working.

He then switches to Rocky Giant who he says is shaming the industry because he has remained stagnant for a long time and that his style is so boring that fans started shunning him. He also advised him to switch careers and join the body building men because of his physical appeal.

For Babaluku, Gravity says he’s always heard that he’s the Hip Hop grandfather but he has never heard any of his songs ever since he came on the scene, adding that Babaluku is just teaching his boys how to get married to investors.

Lastly, came Zamba who he says ran away because of the fire ‘Omwotto’ that was burning baboons and because he feared competition.

“You aren’t capable even if you are alone on the podium,” Gravity emphasized. He went on to say that we are still waiting for the Hollywood film he promised and that he would need to first call and apologise to Shadrack if he’s to stand next to him on stage and even if that is to happen, he would also need Shadrack to show him what to do and also give him financial support.
