The DVD: Unthinkable

UnthinkableI am still shaken from watching parts of this movie – they couldn’t have chosen a better title. The stuff that happens in here is truly unthinkable – there is no doubt that it will make you shake your head in disbelief. Need I add that this flick isn’t for the faint hearted? The fact that it is as unbelievable means the actors did a good job. It is also full of suspense and don’t we all love movies that are?

It features H (Samuel L. Jackson), a special interrogator that is brought in to use force. This is after a bomb threat so bad that Agent Brody (Carrie-Anne Moss) is whisked away to a black site whose location the authorities can’t figure out yet they also have to find the location of the three nuclear bombs.

They don’t have the luxury of time so H is brought in to help force the terrorist to speak. And the things he does to him are too painful to imagine. But this is a man that almost handed himself to the authorities, he is ready for all kind of torture most of which he has gone through anyway. Will he budge or not?
