Rich Gang to vote Ssemwanga’ replacement this December

L-R: Rich Gang members Prince MJ, Ed Cheune and the late Ivan Semwanga

It is now about five months since Socialite Ivan Ssemwanga died and boy aren’t we worried about December! Ssemwanga, who was the leader of the money-splashing Rich Gang group was known to host endless luxurious parties every December.
Ever since his passing, the group and its four known members, including King Lawrence, Ed Cheune and Prince Nick have been silent and there has not been much activity from them. Even when they attended events, their presence went unnoticed.
Now that December has drawn close, information we are receiving is that the group is back to holding their annual Rich Gang Party at Club Guvnor.
A source close to the group told Sqoop that it is at the party that members will, with the help of revellers, vote who can step into Ssemwanga’s shoes.
Among the probable candidates is SK Mbuga, Cameroon Gitawo, King Lawrence and Don Bahati. There were recent reports that King Lawrence and Don Bahati were feuding over the right to the throne.
