Gen-Zs might not know who Pato and Aydee are. But let’s bring you up to speed. These guys who went by the stage name ‘Ngoni’ are/were a music duo who contributed so much to the Ugandan music industry, not just with their songs but in production as well.
The two singers who have been away for 10 years are making their comeback in December and will be among the performers at the Tugende Mu Kikadde concert that is sponsored by Nation Media Group.
“First live stage appearance in over 10 years. We are excited to headline this year’s show as well as work with the incredible line up. Mark the date, December 2,” they posted on social media.
It is not every day that someone can convince artistes in the calibre of Ngoni to get back on stage so we are still wondering how much the two pocketed for this deal.
