We may not know what videos await us in 2022, but one thing is certain, this video will be a top contender. Not that it has exceptional visuals. But rather, it has the best concept so far, and best execution of that concept.
We have Sheebah come to a movie cinema, she is watching her life play by the screen. And as it does, she gets to reflect on that life. We see her journey, we see her broke days, we see her happy moments, we see her fall on the stage while she was performing. It is Sheebah saying to God; “this is me, I have not hidden anything.”
Although it is a video about Sheebah, we all end up seeing our own lives in this music video. We see our trials, we see our pains, our highs and our lows. And that is the message of this video, it casts a light unto Sheebah, but by doing that, it casts a light on every viewer. That is exceptional!
