Besides just organizing the Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards (ASFAs) every end of year, Brian Ahumuza, the brains behind the glamorous awards has decided to take the idea a step forward.
The renowned celebrity stylist has organized an Entrepreneur summit slated to take place this Saturday at Kingdom Kampala.
Abryanz Style and Fashion celebrate and recognise Africa’s leading players in the fashion, style and beauty industry .
The summit that will be climaxed by a Nominees cocktail party later that day will involve an interactive business workshop whose focus will be on the role of Fashion and the creative industry in shaping the economy.
The different panelists will show the general public that will attend the summit on how to monetize their projects, seek funding and market their brands. The summit will run under the theme “How you can let the star in you shine”.
According to Brian Ahumuza, the summit is a platform to help motivate the youth in the fashion industry to find their creative and entrepreneurial desires.
The panelists at the summit will include Mitchelle Omamteker – Executive Director Malengo Foundation, Sonia Karamagi – Senior Marketing Manager Standbic Bank, eddy Ruge – Co founder/Hive Colab, Gloria Wavamunno – Founder Kamapala Fashion Week (KFW), Bettinah Tianah – Media Personality, Oliver Nakakande – Miss Uganda 2019-2020, Humphrey Nabimanya – Founder Reach a Hand Uganda, Fatumah Asha – Fashion Designer, Alexander Kibandama – Partner,Ortus Africa and Agaba Tumisiime – Moderator.
