‘Is Geosteady’s fake baby mama the witness in Zigy Wyne death?’ Social media asks

The woman who accused Geosteady of child neglect (L), appears to be the same person as the woman who is said to have been knocked by the late Zigy Wyne (R)

On Tuesday afternoon, Police investigations quashed allegations that local musician Zigy Wine had been kidnapped and tortured.

In a detailed account of the events surrounding the death, Police spokesperson Fred Enanga said Zigy was involved in an accident on July 21, 2019.

According to Enanga, on that fateful day around 7:30pm, a speeding Honda Sports motorcycle heading in the direction of Kyebando roundabout, from Kalerwe side, suddenly cut into the opposite lane, towards Kyebando- Kisalasalo, where it knocked, a female victim, identified as Loy Atworo.

“The 24-year-old nursery teacher who was returning to her home in Mulimira Zone sustained very serious injuries, while the rider of the motorcycle upon knocking her, crashed into the roadside trench, landing on his head. His motorcycle reportedly fell on him inflicting more injuries on him.”

Ms Loy Atworo who spoke at the press conference confessed that she was just about to finish crossing the road when she got knocked down.

However, people on social media have been posing questions about her identity, wondering if they have not seen her before in similar circumstances. The claim is that Atworo looks rather similar to the woman who gave Geosteady sleepless nights a few months ago, when she accused him of child neglect, for instance things such as the hairline, shape of the nose, skin colour, body size, to mention but a few.

However, there are also some differences between the two women. For example, the woman who appeared at the police press conference has a clear gap on the left side of the upper set of her teeth, which the woman who accused Geosteady woman does not seem to have. Atworo also speaks a little softer and slower and is slightly smaller.

Can it be the same person? Watch the videos and see.
