Ugandans on Twitter help KFM’s Malaika Nnyanzi meet her crush Lukaku

Ugandans on Twitter (#UOT) have started a drive to help KFM morning show host Malaika Nyanzi to meet her crush Romelu Lukaku.

We all have people we would love to meet one day. Sometimes we can’t go a day before we mention these people in our conversations. For radio personality Malaika, that person is Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku.

When she started hosting the KFM’s D’Mighty Breakfast with Brian Mulondo, Malaika always joked about her admiration for Lukaku. It later became a big deal, that her fans are now concerned. Malaika doesn’t end a day without talking about Lukaku. Oh, by the way, she refers to her boyfriend as her Lukaku.

Lukaku is also her screensaver!

Romelu Menama Lukaku Bolingoli is a Belgian professional footballer who plays as a striker for English club Manchester United and the Belgium national team. A prolific goalscorer, he is considered to be one of the best strikers in the world.

He is also the 10th-most expensive Association Football transfer (€85 M, from Everton to Manchester United in 2017).

Starting the thread about two hours ago, @Ugaman01, who goes by the name The President on twitter said, “Dear @RomeluLukaku9, @malaikatenshi is a Ugandan radio guru, actress and fashion icon. She is one of your biggest admirers. #HelpMalaikaMeetLukaku.”

Malaika retweeted with a yesssss!

Other Ugandans on twitter are endorsing the petition and tagging Lukaku.

However, considering it’s a busy season with  Champion’s league, match after match and practice after practice, we hope Lukaku sees this.
