The track :Kyomisinga – Eddy Kenzo

Eddie Kenzo

Eddie Kenzo

This is a lovely song, such a charming emotive effort from a love-struck man, longing to make his affection for the woman he adores, known. It reaffirms that when we were hit by Stamina, and could have thought it as a one-off, there really was more where that had come from.

It is a feeling that men who have fallen in love know, when the intensity of emotion surpasses the normal, beyond infatuation, and threatens to bring all your systems crushing to a halt. But because you know that whatever pickup line you throw at the girl, has already been used and reused and overused by dishonest men, you are left wondering just what you should tell her, to prove you are genuine. In the song, Kenzo chooses to tell her that she is missing a seasoned, expert at love, like him.

The song itself is a tasteful affair, pleasurable to the ear, with its groovy, slow and almost sluggish dance beat that stands in the middle of the rift between Ragga and Zouk. Kenzo underlines his abilities once more with this song, proving that he was not just a guest, passing through the music industry.
