According to Actress Pamela Keryeko, the creatives were brought together by Ugandan arts producer, Andrew Ssebaggala of House of Talent East Africa and German theater director, Simon Eifeler of Fred – Freies Ensemble Dussledorf, under their annual theater/ cultural exchange and collaboration undertaking.
