If You Love Your Children, Get a Business Not a Job- Psquare’s Peter Okoye

Now as a solo artist after breaking away from Nigeria’s most popular duo group Psquare, Peter Okoye went this week to his Instagram page to advise parents to concentrate on building businesses rather than working for people if they love to see their children’s future secure.

This did not go well with some fans who labelled him ignorant and arrogant since not all people have enough capital to start a business.

According to the father of two, a business is more lucrative and secure because your children can inherit after you die while for a job it is not possible.

He says,” In fact, if you die on the job, your boss will replace you before your burial. If your family live in the company house, they will kick them out before they can say anything.

Okoye even had to respond to some criticisms from offended fans to make his point clear and unapologetic. While others gladly welcomed the motivational talk as a reality of today’s society.

The singer also tipped his followers to begin scratching their heads for business ideas rather than chilling in front of a screen after work.
