Over the years, musician Juliana Kanyomozi has been regarded a traitor by a certain group of people over her political ideologies and not supporting Bobi Wine.
In a live video chat, Juliana said she has known Bobi Wine for far too long and will always be happy for his achievements and those of his family members but that does not change the fact that she still has different political affiliations from his.
“Based on where he came from and where he is, you have to respect it. Am I happy for him? Absolutely. Am I happy to see him succeed and see his family flourish? Absolutely! Do I have the same political beliefs as he does? No. Everyone has a right. Just because I am Bobi’s friend does not mean that I join his political campaign. I also have something I believe in,” Juliana said.
She added that she has been ignoring these people out of respect for Bobi Wine because they do not have any problem with each other.
