Zari Hassan recently extended an invitation to another of Tanzanian artist Diamond Platnumz’s exes, Tanasha Donna, for her upcoming all-white party event.
Zari, a South Africa based Ugandan businessman, has two kids with the singer.
The socialite explained the decision during a press conference in Kampala, expressing her desire to bring the family together.
“We have the best interest for our children. We’re getting the family together, why not?” questioned Zari.
During the press conference, Zari elaborated on her decision to invite Tanasha Donna, stating:
“She’s coming, she will be gracing the event because we speak.
We always talk about our kids, like they are coming to Tanzania, they are meeting. I told her I am throwing an event, she said she is coming, it was as easy as that.”
Zari, known for her charismatic and open personality, added, “She’s coming and looking forward to the party just like any other person.”
Zari added that she would have invited Zuchu but unfortunately she had other projects running on the same day.
This unexpected move by Zari has sparked speculation about a possible thawing of tensions and a genuine effort to create a harmonious environment for the sake of their shared children.
In a related development, Zari Hassan announced an exciting collaboration at the same all-white party event.
The Ugandan socialite will be teaming up with her frenemy, Ghanaian singer Fantana, promising an electrifying experience for fans.
“East Africa, are you ready? Things are about to get hectic. Guess who is coming to the #zariallwhiteparty on the 16th Dec 2023… yes, it’s none other than @iamfantana. It’s a shutdown!!” wrote Zari on her social media platforms.
The collaboration comes as no surprise to avid fans of the Netflix reality show, “Young, Famous And African,” where both Zari Hassan and Fantana are cast members.
The show has provided viewers with an inside look into the lives of these African celebrities, showcasing their highs and lows, friendships, and occasional conflicts.
