Fille Mutoni
Singer Fille Mutoni is set to headline the second Fame Edition hosted by Collins and Fame Band on December 5, 2023, at the Heat Bar in Mbarara City.
According to Collins Arinaitwe who formerly was a street boy now the band founder, the reason they chose Fille Mutoni as a key performer of the second Fame Edition is because she is one of the artistes who can sing live music
“We chose Fille because she has good music and she can sing well, not every artiste can sing well with a band and Fille is one the talents that we expect will show good work as far singing on the live band is concerned,” Collins said.
Collins says the Fame Edition will help grow their band and its talents as well as put their band music to another level with intentions of giving it value, he says fans and band lovers should expect the best performance on that day.
“We want to add value to our band, fans, and revelers should expect the best performance on the designated day, we shall include more music, dance, and drama in the show, the stage will be different, and the lighting, the costumes, everything will be different,” he said.
Also, Doreen Mbabazi alias Cia Baby Ug a lead singer in the Fame Band says the second Fame Edition will be different from the first one they hosted in June this year as this will motivate band members and set them ready on the journey of recording their music.
“As band members, we are hopeful that this second fame edition will motivate us to prepare for the journey of recording our music because when we host a key singer like Fille Mutoni, we expect to share and learn a lot from her,” Cia Baby Ug said.
