A Pass song was dismissed by a deejay

A Pass

One of A Pass’ biggest songs todate is ‘Didadada‘ and he cannot leave any stage without performing it but ironically, it is that same song that was dismissed by a Ugandan deejay earlier before its release.

A Pass says the deejay, whom he did not reveal, said the song was not properly mixed.

“I did Didadada and the deejay chased me away, saying the mixing was bad but it was a hit everywhere,” A Pass, real name Alexander Bagonza, revealed in a video clip recently.

A Pass was contributing to a topic on Ugandan music alongside other artistes, including Ykee Benda, Feffe Bussi, Joshua Baraka and Alien Skin. He further added that fans will like a song despite its poor quality, and went on to give an example of Alien Skin’s songs.

“Alien Skin has so many songs with bad mixing but because he likes what he is hearing, he will release it and the fans will also like it that way despite, its poor quality because most people like the message in the song.”
