Gone are the days when weddings happened on weekends. Lately, a wedding can be organised on any day of the week, just like it happened for Fun Factory’s Veronica Namanda, who was taken off the shelf on Monday this week.
Namanda tied the knot with the love of her life, Joshua Tusubira Galiwango, at Namirembe Cathedral before the couple treated its guests to a reception at Counsel Robert Mbaziira’s residence next to St Paul Kulambiro church. The ceremony was attended by only a selected people, including close friends and family members.
Daughter of a prominent reverend, Namanda mostly known as Vero, has previously said she would only get married after she finds the right man. And in Galiwango, the comedienne swore she would be as submissive as they come, one of the guests at the function told us. Congrats Vero, we wish you both a happy marriage!
