Faiza Salima joins Nation Media

Faiza Salima

“Thank you, My time on XFM has been nothing short of a blessing and that is all because of YOU. So as I say goodbye to XFM and in particular my XAM family, I want to thank you for dedicating 4 hours of your mornings to spend time with me. My heart is full,” was Faiza’s tweet a few days ago.

Today, the presenter has been unveiled as the next presenter on KFM, doing the morning show with Brian Mulondo.

“BREAKING: Now on D’Mighty Breakfast, we welcome another queen to the biggest breakfast show. Faizafabz you are welcome! A grand welcome from Brian Mulondo awaits you on Monday,” reads part of KFM’s official Twitter handle.

The light-skinned presenter will be starting on Monday next week alongside Mulondo.

Faiza Salima’s switch has been welcomed by the netizens who believe it’s a good poach for the Namuwongo-based radio station. They feel she’s going to add a lot to the programme.

After three years of hosting the XAM morning show on XFM, Faiza is replacing Maritza who left a few weeks ago so be sure to catch her every weekday from 6-10 am.
