The Mayanja’s commemorate Ak47 and Mowzey Radio

There is a saying, “The family that prays together stays together”. This saying speaks to the notion that prayer strengthens bonds in families and one such family is the Mayanja’s.

On Sunday morning, the musical family led by Jose Chameleone, Pallaso, and Weasel accompanied by the mother Mrs. Prossy Mayanja made their way to St Matia Mulumba church for a holy mass in commemoration of the lives of fallen singers AK47 and Mowzey Radio.

The mass was also attended by a few friends of the family and the voxanges choir.

“I take this honor to thank everyone one of us who attended today’s memorial mass in loving memory of all our lost beloved ones. It’s always faithful to pray for them.

Thank you St. Matia Mulumba Church Old Kampala, Voxanges Choir, and the entire Media Crew for loving us and accommodating us in both emotion and Prayer.

Rest In Peace all our lost friends, Rest in Peace Emmanuel Mayanja (AK47) + Moses Ssekibogo (Moses Radio),” posted Chameleone after the mass.

Weasel on the other hand revealed how he cannot stop missing his fallen brothers and thanked those that have stood with them. “Grateful for life. Thank you for standing with the beloved souls that we miss and never will stop missing. You are angels loving us back and that we are sure. RIP Moses. RIP Emmanuel.”

March 16, 2021, will mark six years since Emmanuel Mayanja aka passed on at De Ja Vu bar in Kansanga while it’s three years since the death of Mowzey Radio.
