Live band music lovers were treated to a taste of soulful Afromix mania that sent guests on an electrifying music experience by Qwela featuring Tamba Tangaza, an artist with a beautiful angelic magic voice all evening at the Bight of Benin Bar and Restaurant in Kampala over the weekennd.
This was the November edition of Afromix band nights which are aimed at giving revelers an exhilarating experience at the comfort of their seats. All through the night, afro-fusion music roared through the dim-lit venue as revelers enjoyed moments filled with different flavors jazz, reggae and blues.
Tanba took guests by storm as she sang her heart out to songs rooted from within her culture leaving guests excited at the mix of instruments and beautiful voices.
The highlight of the night turned out to be the show stopping duet with Qwela performing a couple of fresh songs that got guests applauding with thunderous claps.
The monthly Afromix series has traversed different venues across the city, playing live band music for their music lovers courtesy of Tusker Malt.
