Uganda has hosted so many Nigerian artistes but not a highly celebrated Nigerian Christian entertainer.
That will all change come March 2020 when Florocka, a Nigerian Christian music producer, singer and songwriter, graces the first ever Vine Entertainment Awards as headlining act.
The awards are geared towards encouraging Christians to be key influencers in the entertainment industry and they will look at different sectors in Christian entertainment, from music, sports, film, spoken word and comedy.
“These awards are specifically Christian. We will not have secular musicians participating even if they release a gospel song which might turn into a hit. We are promoting only Christianity,” said Mr Ronnie Habasa, the CEO of the awards.
