Alikiba
We have had a number of international artistes come to perform in Ugandan this year and news reaching us is that next week, another top international singer will be performing live in Kampala very soon.
Tanzanian singer Alikiba born Ali Saleh Kiba is coming back to perform in Uganda for the second time. The first time was in 2016 when he came to perform at Blankets and Wine and left the crowd yearning for more. Alikiba will this time headline his own show curtain raised by Ugandan artistes Sheebah Karungi, and John Blaq.
The show that will happen on September 13 will be at Lugogo Hockey Grounds and organized by Nexus Events, a new events company.
Alikiba is one of the people who have raised the Tanzanian music flag high before singers like Diamond Platinumz started hitting.
The singer is known for songs like ‘Mwaana’, ‘Seduce Me’, ‘Chekecha’, ‘Aje’, ‘Kadogo’ and ‘Muvumo Wa Radi’ among others.
