There is a way many people look forward to the Jazz Safari event, mostly because this is one of the events that brings legendary international artistes. And the news this year cannot be any more exciting.

American singer-songwriter Ginuwine is rumoured to be the headline act for this year’s Johnnie Walker Soul Safari on December 1. #MellenialsOneSide

The Jazz Safari was this year split into two, with jazz bassist Richard Bona gracing the first half in June. Fans of 90s RnB music will probably be the most excited with this news as the star famed for hits such as Pony, In Those Jeans, Same ol’ G, Differences and many more will bring lots of high school nostalgia.

The 47-year-old Ginuwine, real name Elgin Baylor Lumpkin, is also known for his outstanding dance as well as acting skills – Chocolate City, The Bachelor Party. His Pony track played a major role in fuelling his career and famously resurfaced as a soundtrack in the Magic Mike movie.
