Douglas Lwanga is just the best example of the saying ‘Hard work pays’.
The TV presenter has risen from a little known Record TV presenter to becoming the most popular TV presenter in Uganda. His hard work has finally paid off as his latest announcement shows.
The Beat presenter is going to be a producer of a soon to come reality show called God Father East Africa House.
“There’s an East Africa Reality TV Show that will soon be on your TV. It’s called the God Father East Africa House, the first East African Big Brother reality TV show. Yes, one House, one prize and East Africans competing for millions of cash. I’ve been selected to be part of the producers of this reality Show,” an excited Lwanga posted on his social media yesterday.
He says that the house will have contestants from Tanzania, Rwanda, Kenya and Uganda. The show kicks off in 2018 and will air live from Nairobi Kenya.
“This is going to be another version of Big Brother only that it’s going to involve only East Africa. It will last for a period of 3 months and the winner is assured to walk away with shs85 million at the end of the show.”
Application for this reality show is free of charge but one has to be at least 21 years, a member of the East African community/ a citizen who lives in one of the selected countries and must also be physically and mentally healthy.
Lwanga was named the Yuppy’s Clothings’ ambassador in September and was also a brand advocate for men’s main clothing line, Abryanz Collection.
