We aren’t part of Chameleone’s concert – Star Times

As days are getting closer to Jose Chameleone’s upcoming concert dubbed “Legend Hit after Hit”, the show could be hit by a snag as major sponsors have dissociated themselves from it.

News in, indicates that Star Times which had been advertised as part of sponsors for the show distanced themselves from the concert.

The television service provider in a Facebook post revealed that they are not aware of any partnership with Chameleone’s concert.

“We are not aware of any partnership in this concert, please ignore it,” read a post from Star Times which had a photo of the singer attached to it.

The post also had a disclaimer which stated that it had come to their attention that the promotional advert is running across all social media platforms.

Of course this is not good news for the artiste whose concert has been shifted to various dates for reasons only known to the organisers.

However Chameleone has hit back assuring his fans that the concert will go on with or without Star Times.

“The Dates changed from one to the other as we sought the appropriate one, whether true or false, as claimed in the picture, we are bound for the moon,” read part of Chameleone’s post.

The singer assured Star Times that two wrongs cannot make a right and that the world can’t move with people who have negative energy, making us wonder what is going on and where this beef is coming from.

The “Legend: Hit after Hit” concert will be held on Friday, June 30 at Lugogo Cricket Oval with subsequent shows at Colline Hotel Mukono and Freedom City on July 1st and 2nd respectively.
