Although the news that was trending earlier today was that Daniella Atim is filing for divorce from her husband Chameleone because she is tired of the relationship as she claims the singer beats her on a daily, Chameleone has come out to refute this.
Chameleone, since morning when the news broke was silent until around 3:35pm when he went to his Facebook page to rubbish all the claims. Chameleone who went live on Facebook was with his wife who has indeed filed for divorce, as court documents show. The live video on Facebook showed the two riding together in a BMW X5 which was heading to Galaxy International School in Lubowa, from Seguku where one of their children studies.
In the video, Chameleon talked about how very many people have always wanted him down but they will never manage to put him there. “I am a Catholic and I don’t believe in divorce, those who wrote about my wife Daniella filing for divorce are those that don’t want to see me triumph in life,” Chameleon said, adding that, “We might be having family issues but we solve them in the house rather than taking it to the public because family business is not public business.”
He also added that if Daniela has gone to court, court is there to offer a service which people need.
Besides that, the “Sweet banana” musician said that whoever is making the allegations should have his points cleared.
Atim who was driving the car remained silent because she is known for not speaking or even appearing publicly. She kept on smiling at the phone camera whenever it was flashed at her.

Earlier today, it was reported that Daniela filed for divorce at the family division court in Nakawa yesterday on grounds of brutality through her lawyers Okurut and Co. Advocates. It was also said that the musician has been given 15 days to respond to the claims.
In her petition, Daniella says Chameleone resorted to binge drinking that has culminated into him beating her and she often runs away from their home to her friends’ places to seek refuge.
“On or about 2013, the respondent (Chameleone) started molesting the petitioner (Daniella) with no reasonable cause and the acts of the molestation have continued to date,” Daniella stated in her divorce suit before Nakawa Court on Tuesday this week.
