Myco Chris is one of those Ugandan artistes who were a big deal in the days of DV8, a famous bar in town. He came to be known by this generation in 2010 when he recorded a song titled Zino Enaku with Radio and Weasel.
Having left the country in 2002, Myco Chris is finally back, but not to stay. The singer who turned from secular music to gospel is back to organise a gospel concert. The concert dubbed Totally Free will take place at Kansanga Miracle Centre on Ggaba road. The singer said the concert is part of a series of concerts that started back in the United Kingdom (UK) and now in Uganda but will continue moving to different countries.
The concert will be live recorded by a team of engineers from the UK, who will do both audio and video recording. Other gospel artistes who will perform alongside Myco Chris will include Apostle Grace Lubega, Gwendolyn Mukulu Chris, KMC Mass Choir, Julie Mutesasira, Exodus, Jackie Ssenyonjo, Robin San, Beth Ssesanga and Mafuta Band.
Myco Chris is commonly known for songs like Zino Ennaku and Kabite Wange.
