Leila Kayondo forms charity foundation

Leila Kayondo2013 was one year singer Leila Kayondo had fun to the maximum. It was the year that she hooked up with S.A based tycoon SK Mbuga and she has since, traversed different parts of the world.

Leila was in and out of Dubai several times and she also enjoyed several trips to South Africa where Mbuga is rumoured to own some businesses. And as Leila enjoys SK Mbuga’s wealth, the former Dream girl did not ditch her musical dream.
She released a couple of good songs including her duet with Jose Chameleone titled Hooray and Awo that is enjoying enormous airplay  around the country.
And to re-confirm that 2013 was a great year for her, Leila decided to start a charity organisation, LKay Foundation a few weeks ago.

Leila donated several domestic items and food to a home in Seeta Mukono shortly before Christmas. “I carried some food stuff and clothing and just drove to Bajjo zone in Seeta and made people happy,” Leila told us.

And in the same manner, this time round driving to Masaka, Leila ended up at an elderly woman’s place in Masaka and donated to her soap, food stuffs, mosquito nets and an undisclosed amount of money ‘to enjoy the new year!’ Carry on with that big heart in 2014 Leila.
