I am now ready to stage a concert – Iryn Namubiru

Iryn Namubiru

Last year during Azawi’s concert at Kampala Serena Hotel, we asked Iryn Namubiru whether she had plans of staging a concert soon and she answered that she was not yet ready and that there was no need at that moment.

Well five months later, the artiste is ready to stage a concert that many of her fans have been looking forward to.

In a press conference that took place at Serena Hotel, Iryn was ecstatic to be partnering with Swangz Avenue on this long-awaited project.

“I am very excited to announce that after a long wait, I have finally set   July 26, 2024, as my concert date at Serena. I am so honored to be partnering with Swangz Avenue on my first concert in a very long time,” she announced.

The ‘Nabulo’ singer said that she is ready to give people what they have been longing for and that she won’t hold back.

“I am not going to lie to you that I will perform all my songs but what I guarantee is that I will perform all those hits that people love and with Swangz Avenue behind the production of the show, I am so certain that this is going to be a very good experience,” Namuribu stated.

Swangz Avenue’s Julius Kyazze said that as most event organizers worry about the lighting and sound at an event, their main concern is the experience beyond the stage.

“Our main focus is the experience people are going to remember about the event. Their safety, comfort, and value for money. You will not find people saying they paid for tables and did not get anywhere to sit. What you pay for is what you get. You will not have someone’s bag stolen at our event. We get experts for everything. From stage, production, and security among others,” Kyazze said.

Iryn Namubiru will be stepping on stage at exactly 8 pm and early bird tickets are going for 150k while those at the entrance will be going for 200k.
