Sama Sojah returns with ‘Sika Akati’

Sama Sojah

Ugandan reggae and dance-hall artiste Sama Sojah has released the visuals of his latest song titled ‘Sika Akati’ loosely translated as ‘pull the stick’.

The song, produced by Crouch at Jeeb Records incorporates elements of Afrobeats, and pop to create a catchy and infectious rhythm.

Sama Sojah sings with such intensity that you can feel the depth of his emotions, which is a testament to his skill as a vocalist and writer.

The writer who is also a producer in this song sings about the love of his life referring to her as a relay race partner. Sika Akati’s theme is one that many listeners will be able to identify with, and Sama Sojah’s delivery is heartfelt and reliable.

The lyrics are romantic, with lines like “God put a zoom camera in your eyes where my future relies. What words can I use to show you that you captured my heart. You broke my heart’s walls without any efforts,” which will undoubtedly resonate with anyone who has ever been in love.

The visuals are equally stunning, shot and directed by Edrine Paul, the video portrays Sama Sojah enjoying the great outdoor sceneries with the beautiful vixen.
