I congratulate Dr Hamza for finding a good woman, Rema- Kenzo

Ugandan singer Edrisa Musuuza popularly known as Eddie Kenzo has vowed not to perform in Uganda until Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata, the Public Relations Officer for the Kibuli Muslim sect apologises for allegedly insulting him.

Kenzo’s baby mama Rema Namakula introduced her new catch, Dr Hamza Sebunnya to her family members on Independence Day in a traditional ceremony, Kukyala and when given a chance to speak on behalf of Rema’s family, Sheik Muzaata made comments that were reportedly meant to humiliate and demean the award-winning Sitya loss singer.

Sheikh Muzaata is alleged to have lauded Rema of getting rid of crooked men he described as “love niggas” and “Ssemyekozo” in her love life.

Although Sheikh Muzaata didn’t mention Kenzo’s name, the singer is the only publically known man in Rema’s love life.

In a video he shared on social media, Kenzo who is currently in America said he’s too embarrassed to perform in Uganda, tortured and his reputation has suffered because of Sheikh Muzaata’s comments.

“I’m embarrassed. I have kids. I’m so tortured. I won’t step on any stage in Uganda until Muzaata retracts his comments and apologises for maligning me. I thank you all (fans) for the support and making me who I am. I cannot go in public and start jumping up and down on the stage as if nothing has happened. The way I dress is how I was brought up. I wear what I want,” Kenzo said.

Rema is said to have walked out of Kenzo’s Seguku home in August this year and is reportedly living with Dr Sebunya at their rented home in Namugongo.

The couple is slated to have a traditional wedding on November 14, 2019. Dr Sebunya is a gynaecologist at Mulago National Referral Hospital.
