Two best friends date back and share a lot, including a woman and drugs which is their source of livelihood. And it is not in Brazil but in the heart of America, in California. They are residents of Laguna Beach, California.

It is Chon, a former Navy SEAL who used his job to smuggle seeds for the plants out of Afghanistan where he served time in service. And to the duo’s surprise their customer base is growing daily and from uncertain corners too. But Chon’s friend Ben is not living large like other drug dealers he has a soft spot for the underprivileged in Africa where he does some charity work.

Soon, a cartel is offering to join hands in a business partnership with the duo and this spells doom because the latter wants to set terms or else kill Chon and Ben.
After refusing the cartel’s offer for a partnership, Chon and Ben make plans with O to leave and go to Indonesia for a year, not telling her that they are fleeing the cartel.
Chon and Ben speak to corrupt DEA agent Dennis (John Travolta) who urges them to partner with the cartel. O is kidnapped by Lado and several members of the cartel and the thrill in the movie starts here.
