Kenya’s Camp Mulla for BET Awards

Hey, all Ugandan artistes; if you’re searching for the trick of making it to the international scene in just a year’s time, Kenya’s Camp Mulla can help. The youthful group which burst onto the scene hardly a year and half ago are going places with their music that strategically focuses on the international scene.

And to cement their place among the African elite, the Party Don’t Stop singers have been nominated in this year’s BET awards. The three boys and girl will face off with fellow Africans Ice Prince from Nigeria, Lira (South Africa), Mokobe (Mali), Ghanaian Sarkodie and Nigeria’s Wizkid for the BET Best International Act: Africa.

They actually, look like the favourites for the accolade since their music has had great rotation on leading music channels like BET, Trace, Channel O and MTV base.

Though their nomination alone makes them winners in a pool of a plethora of artistes and their presence at the awards ceremony will allow them rub shoulders with Jay-Z, Denzel Washington, Serena Williams, Kanye West, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Mary J. Blige, Rihanna, Lil Wayne, Drake and the likes. Go, neighbours!
