Quinn Abenakyo is by far the most successful beauty queen ever after she emerged among the top five beauty queens in the Miss World contest, winning herself the title: Miss World Africa. However, her reign is coming to an end as the organizers are in preparations to find a new Miss Uganda.

During the press conference that happened earlier today at Sheraton Hotel Kampala, Brenda Nanyonjo the organizer said that there are going to be some changes in this year’s competitions as well.

“Miss Uganda has returned and the search is opening on Monday next week. If you have what it takes, pick up forms and register. Unlike the previous year, we are going to sieve two regional competitors in one day because of time,” she said.

Brenda also added that the grand finale would happen on the 27th of July while finalists would go for the boot camp on the 6th of July.

Aly Alibhai, proprietor of Talent Africa, who are part of the sponsors added that like it was last year, socialite Zari the Boss lady would return as one of the patrons and judges.
