Resty Nalinya, the woman who lost the life to assassins with the former Buyende District police commander, Muhammad Kirumira, is known for her humility among the people she has been living with in Musoke Zone in Bulenga, Wakiso District.

Ms Joan Nakato, a resident, who says the late was her friend, describes Nalinya as a warm person, who had many friends.

Ms Nakato says: “Nalinya made many friends at her Mobile Money kiosk near Musoke Road in Bulenga because she had created a system where trusted clients would simply call and she would deposit money or airtime and pay her later.”

“Her friendly customer relations approach earned her many friends. I believe she may have met with Afande Kirumira in a similar way,” Ms Nakato says.
