Kapere lands TV gig

Popular Amarula comedian Kapere has landed a TV gig on Pastor Kayanja’s TV station, Channel 44.

Speaking during a prayer session at the Rubaga based Miracle Center Cathedral earlier this week, Pastor Robert Kayanja revealed that he has given the comedian a slot on his TV station. Kayanja also said that more miracles were yet to manifest in Kapere’s life.

This comes shortly after the comedian committed his life to Christ and received salvation.

Although the details of the TV show are still sketchy, Kapere’s show is expected to premiere this week. Rumor has it that Kapere will team up with fellow Amarula family member Eddy Kigere on the new TV show where they will use their talents to spread the gospel.

Ever since the comedian got saved, it is said he has been actively involved in church and he does not miss any prayer session.

Meanwhile, Eddy Kigere, another comedian who also got saved recently has released a new gospel song dubbed “Kanyimbe” in which he exalts God. In the song, he sings about the “holy fire” consuming all the evil in their path.
