Lily Kadima unveiling @
National Theatre.
Rising ethno-pop singer Lily Kadima will formally introduce herself to the music-loving public at this month’s Pearl Rhythm Festival showcase on Monday at the National Theatre. The concert starts 7pm prompt and will feature the smoky-voiced songbird’s songbook that includes folk pop anthems like Nazaala in which she highlights the taunts endured by a bride from her mother-in-law. This Sunday, all roads will be leading at Kololo ceremonial grounds as early as 5am for the annual Kampala cancer run with the theme “Run for hope’. Registration fee is shs20k and all proceeds will go to the cancer run institute in Mulago and winners will get different prices.
