A week ago, SC Villa in preparation for the new Uganda Premier League season brought on board three artistes – Leila Kayondo, Winnie Nwagi and Irene Ntale as their new ambassadors. These three took over from Desire Luzinda whose contract was never renewed. The trio’s main role is call on their fans to support Villa. And they have already kicked off their new roles in earnest. The divas – clad in the traditional club blue jerseys – were seen at the opening games of the 16-time champions, in the company of other friends. In fact, Kayondo took time to talk tactics with players during half time of the 0-0 draw with Police FC.
