When your boss takes long to release your salary and you openly show your dissatisfaction, it may cause loss of employment. Veteran radio presenters, Karitas Karisimbi and Oulanyah Columbus are clear proof to this after a Namanve based radio station sent them packing.
The two were doing a morning show at the station and had threatened not to report to work when management got wind of this and showed them the exit citing under-delivery on the job and negligence among others.
Sources from their circle of friends say the two have vowed to fight the station tooth and nail for breach of contract and causing them unexpected job loss.
Well, Karitas, your friend Zuena bakes cakes, it’s not too late to apply for a job at the pastry.
